Motivational Mentoring 101 is the ideal tool for small group or one-on-one adult to youth guidance training. This program is  designed for anyone who wants to set children on the right path of personal and career development, but don't know how to go about doing it.  

Motivational Mentoring 101 is the perfect resource for the training of skilled and caring staff, parents and/or willing adults. Staff can be trained individually or best in small groups.

Motivational Mentoring 101 will result in youth gaining a sense of belonging and empowerment through planned adult interaction and positive role modeling.
